CorestreamHub offers a single official app for supported devices. Using the official build helps with updates, compatibility, and support when you need help from our team.

Where the app is available

We publish the app for:

• Android phones and tablets (APK / sideload flow where applicable).
• Amazon Firestick and Fire TV (Downloader code and steps on the download page).

We do not publish the same package for iPhone, iPad, or Apple TV. On those devices customers typically use another compatible player with the credentials we provide—ask support if you are unsure which option fits your setup.

What happens after install

After installation you sign in with the username and password (or activation details) tied to your subscription. Keep the device clock automatic and accept reasonable storage permissions if the app requests them for caching and smoother playback.

If something fails

• Reboot the stick or TV box, then reopen the app.
• Check network stability (see our devices & speeds guide).
• Contact us on WhatsApp with your device model and a short description of the error.
